My Ackee
- What is My Ackee?
- My Ackee is your personal information portal on Ackee. Within My Ackee you can manage all aspects of your Ackee profile. You can manage events posted to Runnings andrequests posted to Wheyyuhdeh. You can also read and reply to AckeeMail, add and modify your picture as well as manage other aspects of your Ackee profile.
- How do I change my email address or edit my profile?
- Sign In and navigate to My Ackee. Choose My Profile > My Personal Information to edit your public profile. Choose My Profile > My Email Address to modify your email address, and My Profile > My Schools to manage your schools
- How do I delete my profile?
- Sign In and navigate to My Ackee. Choose Options > Delete Account and follow the instructions on the page that appears to delete your account on Ackee. If you choose to delete your account, any resource that you created (e.g. Event, messages) will also be deleted. This action cannot be undone.
- How do I retrieve my password?
- Click the Sign In link in the navigation bar. Then click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD. Enter your email address on the page that appears. If you no longer have access to the registered email address then the quickest way to change your listing is to create a new one. Send us an email about the duplicate listing and we will remove it
- How long will my AckeeMail be held?
- AckeeMail that has been opened and read will be removed from your Inbox within 2 hours, while unread AckeeMail will be deleted after 7 days so to keep storage resources available. Please note that AckeeMail is a personal messaging service local to ackee.com and should not be used to replace traditional email and messaging services.
- Block Messages from Specific Senders
- To reduce unwanted e-mail, you can block messages from specific users. When
you block a user, you do not receive any e-mail messages from that sender
in your Inbox. Theses are automatically deleted. To block messages from a
sender:
- In your Inbox, click the message from the sender that you want to block.
- On the menu above the message, click Block Sender.
